We delivered the first NMR equipment for measurements in AVOCADO

The most advanced Magnetic Resonance equipment for analysis of quality control broadened the industries to which it benefits: now it is possible to determine in avocado simultaneously and in seconds the percentage of oil, moisture and dry matter without the need to dry the sample. The measurements can be carried out on fruit, pomace, paste, oil, dry matter and avocado mayonnaise.
The first SLK 200 to make these measurements in avocado was taken by PRORGANICA S.A. from Paraguay
Prorganica will use the equipment within its technological modernization program that aims to fortify its process of quality control and production. The SLK-200 will be used to control the quality of the avocado, determining the production and the ideal time of harvest. It will also be used for the quality control of SÉSAMO, CANOLA and ALTO OLEICO SUNFLOWER.
